Proje alanı , Kayseri’nin Kocasinan ilçesinde yer alır. 2020 yılında hayata geçen bu ticari proje, toplam 37.432 m² alan sunar. Ayrıca, 223 ticari birimi ile bölgedeki ticaret hayatına önemli katkı sağlar. Aynı zamanda , dükkanlar caddeye açılır, böylece geniş cam yüzeyleri ile etkileyici vitrinler oluşturulur.
