Office A Plus – Kayseri’nin Hacısaki Bölgesinde Modern İş Merkezleri
Ofis A Plus Projesi, Kayseri ili Kocasinan ilçesinin Hacısaki bölgesinde, iş merkezi ihtiyacını karşılamak amacıyla tasarlanmıştır. Bu modern iş merkezi, farklı m² seçenekleri sunar. Hem çeşitli kullanıcı gruplarına hitap eder hem de fasrklı fonskiyolar sunar . Ayrıca, Ofis A Plus, Kayseri’deki önemli iş projelerinden biri olarak öne çıkmaktadır.
Projenin tasarımında maksimum yapı alanı kullanılmıştır. Üst katlarda yer alan bahçeler ve çekmeler sayesinde yapının görünümü hafifletilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra, panoramik olarak planlanan asansörler, kullanıcıların rahat bir ulaşım deneyimi yaşamasını sağlamaktadır.
Ofis A Plus, 1.000 m² zemin alanına sahiptir ve toplamda 13.000 m²’lik bir alana yayılmaktadır. Zemin katta bir asma katlı ticaret birimi bulunurken, 1. ve 2. katlarda toplam 16 ofis (her katta 8 adet) yer almaktadır. Ayrıca, 11. katta toplam 44 ofis (her katta 4 adet) bulunmaktadır. Bu proje, toplamda 60 ofis alanı sunmaktadır. Ayrıca ofislerin otopark ihtiyaçları için 2 bodrum kat kapalı otopark tasarlanmıştır.

Office A Plus – Modern Business Centers in Kayseri’s Hacısaki Region
The Office A Plus is designed to meet the business center needs in the Hacısaki region of Kocasinan, Kayseri. This modern business center caters to various user groups by offering different m² options. Moreover, Ofis A Plus stands out as one of the significant business projects in Kayseri.
The project utilizes maximum building area in its design. The upper floors feature gardens and setbacks, which lighten the building’s appearance. Additionally, the panoramic elevators ensure a comfortable transportation experience for users.
Ofis A Plus has a ground area of 1,000 m² and spans a total area of 13,000 m². On the ground floor, there is a commercial unit with a mezzanine, while the 1st and 2nd floors each contain a total of 16 offices (8 offices per floor). Furthermore, on the 11th floor, there are a total of 44 offices (4 offices per floor). This project offers a total of 60 office spaces. For the parking needs of the offices, a closed parking area has been designed in two basement levels.
