Deniz Master Plan
Deniz Master Plan, Kocaeli’nin Derince ilçesinde yer almaktadır. Proje, modern yaşam standartlarına uygun olarak tasarlanmıştır. İki farklı konut tipine sahip olan proje, geniş bir kullanıcı kitlesine hitap eder. Özellikle Tip A daireler, 4+1 planıyla büyük aileler için oldukça uygundur.
