Develi Kentsel Dönüşüm Projesi, Kayseri’nin Develi ilçesinde yer almaktadır. Bu proje, modern yaşam alanları sunarak bölgenin mimari kimliğini yenilemeyi hedefliyor. Bu sayede , farklı ihtiyaçlara uygun iki ayrı konut tipi içermektedir.
- Tip A: 2+1 dairelerden oluşmaktadır. Bu daireler, hem aileler hem de bireyler için ideal yaşam alanları sunar.
- Tip B: 3+1 dairelerden oluşmaktadır. Geniş aileler için tasarlanan bu daireler, konforlu bir yaşam deneyimi sağlamaktadır.
Projenin zemin katlarında, yerel halkın ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak amacıyla ticari alanlar bulunmaktadır. Buna ek olarak , dükkanlar projeye canlılık katmakta ve sakinlerin sosyal yaşamını zenginleştirmektedir. Ayrıca , üst katlarda ise konforlu ve ferah daireler yer almaktadır.
